I was attracted to the item as it had in the pack. Having researched the type item, and looking at the image I took an educated guess that the item would have a 1:3 or 1:4 ratio. The winder unit is quite long and I would recommend anyone to check if your Roman blind will accommodate the larger winder. Luckily mine did.The items do not come with a chain, and I would recommend to buy an endless chain as long as you can, as theres quite a bit of pulling to lift and lower the blind, due to th gearing.As it turns out, with this higher geared winder, fitted with a new continuous chain, my somewhat heavy blind is now far easier to open and close for both myself and guests. Thumbs up.Feedback for seller. For clarity, quote the gear ratio, and the external length of the winder and the inside length of the square hole for the blind bar. This will make it easier for buyers to choose your product.

We have large Roman blinds all over our house. Due to their size and weight this part often needs replacing. Buying these are cheap and with a simple YouTube video they’re easy to install saving us money as we don’t have to buy expensive replacement blinds.

Looked good, but after installation it was making a loud creaking sound.After disassembling I see a rust on a ring. Lubricant didn’t solve the problem, it’s in a plastic gear.I still used the part that I have broken with an old body. So it worked in some sense.
