Q: Do these work well on Norelco rotary heads?

They will, if your remove the rotary heads and clean them individually with a brush every 3 or 4 shaves. I do this with the rotary heads on my Skull Shaver and it does the job. I use the brushes to “rough clean” my shaving heads/blades, then use a can of compressed air (keyboard cleaner) to blow out the rest of the hairs and other gunk. Works great!

Q: Are the bristles flexible enough and without skipping so my keef doesn't go flying?

I use these brushes to clean my herb grinder. They work reasonably well but do get gummed up after a while. They can be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol. They were reasonably priced and I would buy them again.
