Besides doing what it's supposed to do, I find that the 2 gummy serving curbs my morning sugar cravings. I don't know why since that's not what it's supposed to do and it contains no sugar! As for me, I gave up eating sugar in 2010 so why I'm craving sugar so desperately, I have no idea!
