This primer adheres well to resin. However other hobby paints did not adhere well to the primer

False advertising. Does not adhere to the most common of all plastics.
"Polyethylene is by far the most common type of consumer plastic" - web search. Jenolite Plastic Primer DOES NOT ADHERE any more than plain old Rustoleum spray paint, specifically the cheap stuff sold everywhere. Note the false claims by Jenolite: "ASSURES SURFACE ADHESION: Bonds with plastic surface making it ideal preparation for hard-to-paint plastics.....Suitable for almost all types of plastic". See my photo. It rubs right off with a light stroke of a fingernail. This false advertising is significantly worse than the usual exaggeration or "puffery". Jenolie wasted my time. I am asking for my money back.
