Awesome quality and good Coustmer support
Awesome product and great Coustmer support, I ordered the product from the seller, after receiving the product, it got cracked when I pour tea in it, may be due to some pressure suffered during transit, I complaint the seller and the next day as a goodwill gesture they, send me the product again, I love the nice gesture and quick action of the seller, I am highly impressed, the product quality is otherwise great.

Looks Good, but not functional
There are some practical limitations to this as I saw it in hand and been using during last two weeks.1. The cup does not stand stable on the table due to short and non-flat base. So I am tense that I would topple it when I am adding my drinks.2. One cup has started leaking within 2-5 days of usage, and stains my table now. The leak is small, yet enough to spoil where I keep it. I have decided to either throw away the cup or use it for solid foods only.3. The shell top is not absolutely circular and both cups look different from one another. While this was to be expected since they are not machine made, one cup is particularly oblong and also irregular.I should have bought the model with cup having a base too. Happened to see that after I bought this.

Bad purchase
Base of the bowls is not stable. Broke in the first use itself. Was not even using any hot liquid, got cracks on its own.

loved it but expensive
Received the coconut cups, both in different shapes and size.I loved them though cups are in different shapes and size. This cup doesnt have handle to hold and its a very thin cup.Please be careful if you drink coffee/tea since the cups are thin it will be hot and difficult to hold them while drinking, half fill cups are better to hold.Loved the color but little expensive for 2 cups.Overall 3 stars
