I like the product, I'm 2 weeks in and a regular creatine user, and I can see and feel a small difference. The only thing I don't like is the packing. The little packets are great for a gym bag, but they are wasteful and hard to open without spilling some. I mix my shakes at home and have no use for the small packs. I will buy again if they get a bulk container.

I dissolve this in a couple ounces of water. The literature I read implied GAA would help uptake muscle creatine without as much water weight and I think that’s true for me.Helps me get through my 90 minute HIIT workouts at 30 yo.Tasteless, cheap, and good quality!It’s a fine powder so be careful or you can get it all over.

stak3d.com just reviewed this product and i completly agree with thier opinion. how does a company no one ever heard of with crazy claims. but i tried this product for over 1 month and i saw similar results are creatine monohydrate. i would recomend the people save thier money. this company did not bother to micronize the creatine. it take for ever to take the creatine out of the pouch and it does not dissolve completely. i think you save a fortune by selling this in a poweder form rather than a pouch.
