Q: Do these have the newest fiber fill or the old fiber fill? The newest is suppose to spring back; the old went flat.

I would say that it is the newest. When I sleep on it I have my head in the center and the next morning it is in great shape. This product helps my neck and the next morning I feel fine. I do not use the U shaped one but the other one.

Q: Is there a guarantee on this pillow?

Not sure. I ve had my pillow for awhile. Sorry.
