The wheel is completely made out of plastic. I was expecting at least the outer ring in black to be rubberized, but it's also plastic made.The overall usability is really bad because it's not sturdy enough to with hold my weight. The rod is made out of steel but the rest is all plastic so I'd not recommend it due to it's lack of strength, the movement is also not straight.Overall a flimsy product which feels like it's about to break soon.
