I've been taking Turmeric for a few years now to help with joint pain and inflamation.I don't usually take many supplements or vitamins or otc drugs, however, I'd heard about Turmeric being a helpful supplement years ago, so I tried it out.I was using a different brand and when I ran out, I tried this one.I don't usually notice effects and benefits from supplements thus, why I don't often take them, however after only 1 or 2 days of not taking it from forgetting to running out, I found a definitely level of relieve when I took it again.your mileage may vary, I've been happy with this product.

These did tend to give me very mild stomach upset, where other brands do not. Nothing I couldn't stand, I did afterall end up finishing the bottle. But at the same time, I noticed no difference whereas with another brand I did.

I love that this is not only organic, but liposomal as well. When doing scientific research on Tumeric I was surprised because I had taken regular curcumin supplements and they had absolutely no effect. Then I read that it’s not very bioavailable on top of not being able to stay in your system long enough to receive any benefits. The more I read, the more I understand the importance of supplements being liposomal for the purpose of delivering any given nutraceutical directly into the blood stream and ultimately into your cells. It’s literally the difference between something being effective or not.

These are awesome! This first brand I have found that don't mess with my stomach and actually work like the are supposed to!

This is the third bottle I've ordered. Initially, the seller was slowin fulfilling the order, but that has been corrected.I totally appreciate the product, however. It's 2000 mg amountis effective in reducing swelling in my ankles. I will order again.The capsules are easy to swallow.Blessings, Leslie
