I have used these for some time and this was a top-up. I have problems getting to sleep but if I suck one about an hour before bed, I can fall asleep quicker.Pleasant tasting.

worth a try, it did help me to sleep a little longer. I tend to get off to sleep very quickly but wake up 3 or 4 hours later and it would take anywhere between 30 mins to 1 hour to get back to sleep. But when i took the gummies, I would fall back asleep quite quickly again - so I would say its worth a try. As always these things don't always work for everyone but try it, it may work for you. I just made another order.

I've bought these twice now, so must be good. I struggle sleeping/switching off at night and have 'repetetive' thoughts. I just didn't want to take anything too strong or permanent, so I thought I'd give these a go. Personally, they work for me. I take one about an hour before bed and it does relax me. Instructions mention you can take up to 5 per night but honestly, one works fine. There's various indgredients in the gummies, so it just must be a combination that does the trick. They're not hard to chew, nice and soft, great flavour (raspberry) and vegan for those interested. 30 gummies in a bottle. Worth a go in my opinion.

I bought these as I could not get hold of the capsules and unfortunately dont find they work as well. I did buy them from Amazon in the Friday deals at a bargain price though. Sadly I will be sticking to the more expensive capsules.

3 a night and no improvement in ability to get to sleep. But at least they taste good.

I bought these because they said they helped with sleep. They didn’t, if anything I found it harder to sleep. They taste okay though
