This is absolutely gorgeous. I have not used it probably won't use it for a while. I just had to absolutely have it. Put it on my shelf of things. I love that I don't use like my kitchenaid evergreen mixer. Then I absolutely had to have them. Both, you know I don't know what my first dish will be. It's like I make it some Grand gestures better be amazing. I don't know but I love it. I make a lot of curry and I bet this would hold a lot. It's probably the same as my other pop. I am so impressed with this company. I bought the 5 qt originally, but it too small for what I needed. I contacted Magnaware... Fast response. They offered a solution that allowed me to keep the 5 qt, and purchased the 8 qt. I just received the 8 qt... It's perfect, and beautiful. I highly recommend this company and products... Especially if you like Cajun cooking.

This product is outstanding. The product arrived in perfect condition, well packaged and insulated from travel bumps and bounces. I had previously purchased a different brand and it was beat up and lid no where close to fitting. This lid fits nice and almost as tight as the original Magnalite. Was between this and Mcware brand but was scared off by lid issue also mentioned in their reviews. So glad I bought this one can’t wait to try it out and cook something.

I haven’t had the opportunity to use this yet, but it appears to be a quality piece of cookware. Very nice finish and well made.I’d purchase again.

This piece will definitely make its way through a few generations in our family. Cooking has always been our love language. Very impressed with the product.

Extremely substantial and a tight seal to keep in the air and juices.

My husband bought the largest one at first I could not believe how big it was and that he had actually bought it. However, I have been quickly one over by this product. We make large batches of gumbo and jambalaya in this. We love cooking with nontoxic Pots and pans. We do have to store it above the refrigerator due to its size but overall, if you are cooking for more than six people, this is perfect.
