I have had some severe hydration issues lately so I've needed to have several of these a day. I love LMNT and Liquid IV but saw the magnesium and knew this would help a lot. This is now my go to so I feel better. I will say it IS very salty, but for someone who is dehydrated, you don't taste it. I know I've hit my hydration goals when it finally tastes salty. The magnesium levels are fantastic and have helped a lot. But the flavor is great too! It tastes like a cherry slush!!

This taste great and is $10 less than LMNT. Doesn’t taste quite as salty if you like the salty flavor but otherwise it is great. Also does not have any maltodextrin.

This was actually better than LMNT (looking for clean ingredients and great taste)! I am very pleasantly surprised! Dissolved easy. Great price! Very effective with hydration! It did upset my stomach at first, but that's probably the magnesium that I'm not used to since I know I've been low. I actually fell asleep soon after drinking it! I eat a low carb diet, but I mainly need these on workout days.

As soon as I opened the (very wrinkled) bag and picked out a packet, my nose was ASSAILED with the stench of mildew and super strong plastic chemical smell. The smell inside the bag is horrid - smells like it was sitting in the back of a dank, dusty old warehouse... mixed with a strong plastic chemical smell that seems very much like it's coming from the bag the packets are being sold in. So, it looks like this KETO CHOW company has AT LEAST two issues that they quite clearly know about, because when I came here to make sure that I hadn't mistakenly purchased this product from a 3rd party seller (I did not), I see several other 1-star reviews that say similar things. 1) The bags they use are clearly UNHEALTHY and 2) The warehouse they use to store them has a moisture and mildew problem.What really burns me up is that when I go to look at the expiration date, I can't even make out the expiration date or the batch number because they are all blurred out... How is that even legal to sell product in that condition?Shame on Keto Chow for continuing to sell product in this condition that people ingest. I hope Amazon is alerted and puts a stop to these nefarious practices before someone gets sick. They are trying to take advantage of the problems that LMNT is having by touting not using maltodextrin. I thought I would try them out because they have more potassium and sodium, but I'd rather eat the maltodextrin that LMNT says they didn't know about, than the mildew and chemicals coming from this packet of UNFLAVORED SALTT (Clean Slate) that Keto Chow DOES know about. And they are not even offering refunds on their faulty "health" products. LMNT Raw Unflavored for the WIN. In fact... let me head over there right now to leave a positive review for my multiple verified purchases. By the way, I was just planning to exchange this box - not leave a negative review. But since there are no refunds, here I am!

Not knowing what it would taste like was unnerving , but we took a shot at it and it definitely was one of the best electrolyte drink mixes we have had .. just a warning . It does have a salty taste , but it's supposed to m I just use a bigger amount of water or split one packet into two servings .

Effectiveness wise, this left me with a sort of sick feeling in my stomach, and not the same ahhh feeling I get from LMNT(which this is frequently compared to) . This might well be due to the much higher magnesium content, and being in the form of mag chloride. This particular flavor (Endless Summer) doesn't taste anything like strawberry lemonade to me - it tastes almost exactly like smarties candy. I find it less salty than LMNT, but that makes the flavor even more sickly sweet.On the upside, it is cheaper, and it mixes up almost instantly. My opinion, but If you are after a strawberry lemonade equivalent to LMNT, maybe ReLyte is a better, cheaper, and more palatable option.

Great product and great way to get your electrolytes. Cherry flavor is light but tastee. Almost like Gatorade except healthy.

This is a great sports drink replacement! Taste great and has all you need to perform at the top level. We have replaced the other sports drinks for the kids with these!
