I've used it to attach toy box organizer to the wall so far it's holding well, tabs are super sticky and easy to apply, they do come off with a wall paint attached so beware wall will be damaged, I reckon eventually they'll come undone as my boy likes to pull hard on the toy box.

I used 2 of them in my baby's changing table which is big and heavy and I was worried my boy could soon start to climb off the drawers. it was easy to install, it comes with both screws to use in the wall with the provided plugs and also screws to to instal the bracket at the back of the unit. I don't know how strong it is as I don't want to pull plaster of the wall but I trust it is safe for my boy, otherwise I wouldn't use it
