I have a home Gourmet Cookie Business. Let me tell you this Oven is amazing. I LOVE this Oven. It holds its temp very very well. I considered buying the smaller model but I knew I would grow out of it quickly. I'm so happy I chose this big full sheet model. It did come in damaged by UPS. But I decided to keep it. Nothing damaged inside. Works perfect. One thing you need to know if buying. The plug is not a normal plug. I had to change the outlet to fit this plug. You will need an electrician.

This convection oven is everything we hoped it would be plus some! It is super quiet, has the capacity to bake anything we need, and has a reliable timer. The even heat and accurate temperatures are better than our oven in our kitchen back home. As full time RVers having the ability to bake in our outside kitchen makes life in a small space feel much larger. This product works as described in the description and we are very happy with our purchase.

Its not for commercial

I’ve been using this oven for a month, and I’m really happy with its performance. It bakes evenly, heats up quickly, and operates very quietly, which is a huge plus. Whether I’m making cookies or roasting, it delivers consistent results every time.The only downside I’ve noticed is that the space between the racks is quite narrow. While this isn’t an issue for cookies or flat items, it can be a problem if you’re baking something that rises a lot, like bread. You won’t be able to use all four racks simultaneously in that case.Other than that, this oven is a fantastic choice, especially for those who bake frequently. I would definitely recommend it!

Fantastic product!!!

This oven was delivered in a timely manner and works perfectly for my purposes. I have used it for baking cakes, cookies and whole turkeys. The temperature controls are accurate, and the heating is fairly uniform front to back. I added an internal thermometer to verify the temperature, and it was accurate. I would recommend this product. It is not fancy, but very functional. The outside of the unit did come slightly damaged with several small dents. It did not affect the operation of the unit and did not bother me.

We purchased two Koolmore 32in Commerical Countertop Convection ovens for our catering business. They are very convenient for our business needs and are just the perfect size. We use them at all our catering events as well as within the restaurant. I recommend this product highly. We are very happy with our purchase and recommend highly to all Chef's.
