Fantastic product.
This is absolutely nice product it came with no defect no issues at all. Also its a very standard product. I like it. It same as shown in picture and having good shine as well. Its very heavy to transport but that is adjustable as product is so nice.

Although I returned this beautifully designed chest but I am writing my review because of 2 reasonsFirstly the quality of the chest is very well crafted but may be it was damaged in the shipment so I had to return but it's worth buying.Secondly the prompt response by the seller is awesome. Knowing the product is damaged he took necessary steps to return and was in touch till product reached him.

Disappointing Purchase : Poor quality and finish
Looking at the glossy product photo on the Amazon site and also the description that it is sheesham wood, I placed the order. Even though the order despatch was delayed, the seller proactively called me and kept me in the loop on the delay. I received the item and was disappointed on several counts:1) I was expecting that the cabinet would be shipped in a disassembled condition and I had to get a carpenter to assemble this but instead the whole product was sent in an assembled condition but with very poor packaging. The result was minor damage to the top part of the cabinet. I don't have the energy or the time to ask for a replacement and decided to use it as is.2) The quality and the finish are very poor. The drawers don't have any rails/wheel and the opening is not very smooth. It is a matter of time before the drawers get stuck. The finish of the cabinet is very poor. There are a lot of smudges leading to a very dull finish. This looks like a used piece which has been given a hurried makeover. This does not do justice to the interiors and sticks out like a sore thumb. There are a lot of rough edges leading to a very cheap look.I am highly disappointed with the quality and finish given the price I paid for this
