I wanted to check my 02 overnight (possible sleep apnea). This gadget is easy to use. This version (Sleep 02) lasts and records a whole night - 9 hours. It needs charging every other night but as I said the monitor records for hours. The app is simple. You can set the warning vibration for different volume/intensity. I had it on medium & it woke me up quickly! I've now reduced it to low. You can review your Sats on the History & watch in real time on the dashboard. The first night I thought maybe it had stopped recording as the light on the finger monitor had gone out but it does this after a while so there's only a faint red light in the night. Some people mentioned the button is easy to press off by accident...I've worn it on my right thumb with the button turned in a bit to the next finger & so far no problem. I thought it was an expensive bit of kit but it's worth it.

Although a robust and excellent device, mine developed a slight fault. Viatom were immediately responsive, and I received a new unit within a week. An impressive standard of customer service.

I found I was constantly having to use a second device to double check as it would falsely alarm. I tried wearing it on a different finger but that didn’t help. The button broke after a few months of sporadic use

Very rapid response from this company: “Sorry but for this model, we do not suggest to use with the PC software, and we don't advertise that either, as we don't have a PC software setup specifically designed for this device. We'd like to suggest you use the APP directly.” Pity as the windows reports are much better when they work.
