I got this wrist brace after being diagnosed with radial nerve palsy, and it’s made a big difference in daily comfort and function. Great fit with superb support at a very reasonable cost. I can't wear OSFA because my hand and wrist are slender, so am grateful to have found this brace. After falling on ice this winter and tearing ligaments and stretching tendons, I needed a brace that would immobilize my thumb as well as my wrist. This was the only brace of about 15 that I tried that fit AND gave me the needed support for healing. Easy to adjust with velcro that stays put. I particularly like the lining that adds to the comfort - no chaffing. It also washes up nicely; just allow time for it to dry (a full day in winter) or buy a spare. I highly recommend.

I bought the Wrist Brace (Medium size) to help with a thumb injury and a wrist sprain, and it’s been a lifesaver. It provided immediate support and helped ease the pain in my thumb. Even after washing it, the brace held up great and still works just like new. Finally, the brace I have been looking for! If you want a brace that truly immobilizes the thumb (CMC joint, in particular), but is comfortable and doesn't actually aggravate the inflammation due to pressure on the tendon from the brace, THIS is your brace. It is very well made. The longer brace provides greater support and stability than most other (shorter) braces. That is great for me because I have both carpal tunnel syndrome and deQuervain's tenosynovitis in the same hand. I sleep in the brace and wear it when I don't actually need manual dexterity for any task. This is a brace for resting the tissue to allow healing. So, of course, the thumb and wrist are immobilized. I also have a weenie little thumb spica splint with plastic stays that provide a little support while I do tasks that require me to use my opposable thumb for tasks that require dexterity. But then I put this excellent, very supportive brace back on for comfort and healing.With the discount at the time, I bought this brace for an amazingly good price for such a nice brace. I did not get any reward for writing this review. But I am a physical therapist who really appreciates the benefits of an effective splint. BTW, remember that, if you need to wear a splint 24/7 and you wear the same one all the time, it is going to get skanky. It is a good idea to have a couple of braces to rotate and give them a chance to air out. It doesn't actually have to be two of the exact same brace, but you do want both braces to be effective.

They shipped fast and arrived in good condition. The fit is good and comfortable. My hands did start to hurt in the middle of the night the first few days but I think it is because they have the thumb brace that my old ones didn’t. Over all very good products and I recommend them.
