Very happy, so far crust has never stuck without greasing the pan and a light greasing worked for a frittata. Has made many quiche for us and is the right size.

Picture just doesn't do it justice. It's so pretty. I haven't used it yet but it is very sturdy. I also purchased coordinating bakeware.dishes. I love how my bakeware rack looks now. Just gorgeous.

Very pretty tart/quiche dish. Would love to keep it but it’s too shallow for my needs. Outside edge of dish is only 1.75” not 2” as shown. Because there is a raised lip on the bottom, the inside depth is only 1.25”
