This item was a life saver after giving birth. I used it everyday in the summer and have just got one for a friend giving birth in August

These are good little gel pads. I have these and the lansinoh/bead style ones and these are my favourite. You need to make sure and spread the gel out and sort of massage the heat so its all the way through but all in all I like tthm. I appreciate that they come with covers too!
