Easy setup and still using as a shader a year later, nice to use when hand is getting tired. Light weigh and battery pack last just as long as my $100. Battery packs.

This is a nice kit to start out with and it’s def well worth the cost. In fact, it’s very reasonable considering other kits out there cost more and have less or are poor quality. The Wormhole kit has everything you need to get started and I think it’s a nice touch they included a premium brand name single sample of A&D ointment.This kit includes a 20 piece needle set (5 of each size: 3RL/5RL/5M/7M). For my tattoos attached, I used a 5RL. I think the needles are just okay. I don’t hate them but I don’t think they’re better than others I’ve used either. On a 5 star scale, I think the needles are 3.5. The needles spit a lil throughout the process especially at the start. I lined on 6v which is the lowest this machine operates at. Make sure you go slow with the needles for lining, they will work better.The vibration is not bad. I honestly forgot to use the grip tape provided to tape up my machine. I taped it up when i started shading though. The max voltage is 11v. The battery is 1,050mah and provides great power. The kit also comes with an RCA cord to plug into a power supply that uses RCA connection. The battery has illuminates what voltage you are operating at. To switch it, you just press the power button.To power the machine on/off, hold down the power button until it comes on/goes off. There is about a 2 sec delay before it comes on/goes off. I like that if you turn off the machine and then turn it back on, it remembers what voltage you had it set at.One thing I dislike about the portable battery supply is that if you want to operate at diff voltages, for example, 6.5v, you can’t. You only have the options you have. To get the voltage you seek, you’ll have to plug into a power supply.I like that this machine has adjustable needle depth which is just a twist away on the knurled grip. I did not need to adjust the depth because every time I stuck in the cartridge, it had perfect depth already.The ink that is included in this kit is absolute GARBAGE! I lined with the black and when i finished, it looked like faded black pen ink. I went back over my lines w/ that same crap ink thinking it would help, it didn’t. (See last pic - the one that is just black lines w/o any color on it.) I had to re-line with a better quality ink, that worked but b/c i had to line my tattoos 3 times, that’s why my lines don’t look the cleanest. Def don’t use the ink in this kit.Overall, i think it’s a solid shader and can also throw down some lines, so long as you go slow and are using good ink, not the crap ink it comes with. The needles are okay, i only tested the 5RL. The power supply is lightweight and the machine feels good in the hand. The vibration is not bad at all and the machine is quieter than most. It’s a nice beginner kit. i wish i could give it a 4.5 star rating. I take off 1/2 star due to the crap ink with it.

This kit has everything a beginner needs to get started! The gun itself feels of really good quality. Everything is packed sterile. You don't get a whole lot of colors but just the basics to get started. I'm new at this so I'm really excited to see what it and I can do. I'll update if there are any issues.

This set comes with everything that is needed to start tattooing. I have a couple of wormhole machines and this one like the others did not disappoint. All the adjustments are there to adjust the machine weather its voltage or needle depth, never reach for the power supply again.

I would not recommend tattooing real skin with this product especially if you’re not confident on your skill level, it’s quality is not the best for real tattoos on skin. Keep in mind don’t expect it to be easy right from the start (as a professional tattoo artist that has used this brand multiple times and promoted it I was disappointed in this . The look of quality did surprise me, it has a good comfortable feel to the pen and comes with everything you need (except skin, there’s no skin)Problems: And the power didn't last at all I was good to get 30min to an hour in. Wanted a new gun and got this well ya get what ya pay for. Would love to try other machines they have just not looking to throw money away everytime to find physical quality over visible. It is great for someone starting out and wanting to practice get you some better ink and skinsIt did give me some trouble with the needle jamming, still not sure why.

kits come ready to start using either for practice or real work, the machine feels pretty sturdy and rolls great, and the battery provides good power and lasts for around 4 hours.
