Idk I gave this thing an iffy review at first cuz it is kinda cheap and the mop part is dangerous if you're not paying attention and holding it together at all times but um yea still I use this thing all the time lol.So i came back to give it 5 stars

If I could give a zero I would. It barely works. It steams at a low pressure for about 10 seconds and then starts to basically mist. Not to mention the lid is so hard to take off. The attachments are also way too small and it’s so difficult to use. It’s not practical AT ALL or functional. Waste of money. The quality is worth $5 at most.

When I first open it should have been my sign. This didn't look new at all. There was water inside the steamer still, the measuring cup was dirty and sp was the attachment. I had people coming over and decided to just try it. I put the little scrub on and as soon as it barely touched the surface the brush became mangled. Like really? It didn't clean my window seals as much. I had to use lysol and a tooth brush because the power on this was so bad. My one from tiktok came and was better for less the price. This was just a waste of money and time. Returning it. Please do not buy.
