I almost didn’t get this bc one review said it was leaking from the top. It was either not screwed on fully or had a bad gasket. No, I’m not a paid reviewer but for $30 and no chemical cleaning you cannot go wrong. The nozzle attachments need to be spun a little to secure which lead to it falling off until I realized the mistake. 10/10 I’d even buy it again lol

Are you kidding me with this thing? The water reservoir is so small that once you start the actual steaming it only steams for about a minute - then it's out of water. And to make matters worse, the instructions say to wait until the unit is completely cooled off before opening the water reservoir.So...as long as your cleaning job will take you less than one minute IN TOTAL, then this might be a good product for you. If you might just possibly need it to work for more than a minute, look elsewhere, because this product fails.What I can't understand is this...why is the overall customer rating of this piece of junk 4 STARS? That is ludicrous. So much for the trusted Amazon rating system. Waste of my time and my money. Now I have to take even more of my time to package the whole thing back up, take it to a UPS store, and mail it, and wait who knows how long to get a refund. Argh!

This steamer is easy to use, very good on cleaning especially the bathroom. So far so good it is kicking up a storm. I simply love using this and I like the fact that it comes with so much different detachments. It is worth the money, versatile and works well.

Works fine, the stell bristle came falling apart all over in the box and had to be thrown out.

This steam cleaner is amazing! I was so impressed with the pressure and the way it cleans. I love that I can clean and not use chemicals. This was great at cleaning my stove and other tough spots. It heated up quick and was sooooo easy to use.

I’m a housekeeper and this portable steamer is perfect to put in my cleaning bag and take to my clients homes. I works great as far as cleaning kitchen appliances, washer , etc. The only issues I have is the cord on it isn’t long at all so you will need an extension cord and the water tank doesn’t hold much water so you will have to stop more often to let it cool down to refill with water. I purchased a bigger one after this but only because I use it more than someone who doesn’t clean houses all day.

I really wanted to love this handheld steam cleaner. It worked perfectly the first time I used it – powerful steam, easy to handle, and did a great job on my windows. However, when I went to use it again after coming back from an extended trip, it just will not work. It turns on for a short period of time and then dies. No matter what I tried, it seems completely unusable.Unfortunately, I missed the return window because I was out of town for several weeks and didn’t get a chance to test it again until after that period. I was really hoping this product would be a reliable tool, but it seems like I got a defective unit.I’m hoping the company sees this review and offers some assistance. I’d love to resolve this issue because I was impressed with its performance at first, but now it’s unusable.
