I had been debating to order this unit or another brand but opted for the Akami because of the price and features since it is a 4 in 1 unit. The unit came packed nicely with all parts as listed. I was a bit skeptical at first because usually in a unit that has multiple features it will have limitations on some of the features.This Machine, however, met all my expectations and needs. It brews K-Cup pods, Ground coffee, and comes with a Milk Frother. It also comes with a grinder than can be used to grind whole beans and other other staples such as nuts etc.I have brewed both with capsules and ground coffee and the taste has been very good with either selection. I also was pleasantly surprised that the coffee brewed nice and hot! The feature I like most is that you can froth milk while brewing the coffee. On some units I was considering the frothing had to be done separately. In addition, the frothing feature offers a hot milk setting. The frothing feature will provide a Barista style coffee for the aficionados!I would improve a few things on the unit. The machine does not have a manual power switch. It turns on automatic upon brew selection and will turn off automatically after a few minutes of the last brewing cycle. The machine also does not have a low water reserve warning. It would be nice if it had that feature. The water tank does not have an insert for a water filter. It would be nice if they offered a version that allows a water filter to be used.

It was bought as a gift. She says that It is a great machine and loves the versatility if the pods and the ability to grind her own coffee.Loves the brother accessory also. Make great foam.

Okay, I’m pretty picky when it comes to my hot chocolate && my husband is pretty pick when it comes to his coffe! This has EVERYTHING that you need. It’s not the top of the line expresso machine or anything like that. Yet, if you’re looking for a really good coffee machine that can can make anything you need && you don’t want to spend your life savings on it. THIS IS IT!! I’ve never had a K-Cup machine that came with a frother && a coffe grinder! Before I’ve always had a K-Cup machine that you could put already grounded up coffee into. Yet, my husband loves fresh grounded coffee. This was a great addition to our kitchen. It’s a really good price for everything that you get also! You just can’t beat it! I would highly recommend this if you’re looking for a K-Cup && regular coffee grounded coffee && hot chocolate. Getting all this together at this price is great! I haven’t had ANY problems at all with machine && I would definitely buy it again. Later on down the road when I need to get a new one. This will be it! If I’m looking for an upgrade then I’ll definitely go with the maker of this machine!UPDATE: Today I’ve had this machine 10 months now. Went to you it & it will no longer even work. The attachments work but, the machine will no longer cut on. This machine wasn’t even used much. Out of the 9 months it was use only 3.There is no way to contact them on Amazon. I had to look up their customer support service then email them. I guess we will see how that goes then I’ll update this review. As of right now I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy it. It’s on “sale” right but, it wasn’t when I purchased it. I’m going to wait to see if their support team will email me back. I’ll update with what happens & what is said after.

If you’re looking for a machine with a reliable grinder for herbs or coffee and a great frother, this is a solid choice. However, the coffee maker part could use some improvement. Overall, it’s a good multifunctional device.Pros:Grinder: The highlight of this machine! It’s powerful, versatile, and perfect not just for coffee but also for dried herbs.Milk Frother: Another win—the frother creates creamy, velvety foam and is a joy to use.Versatility: The multiple functions make it a good all-in-one device.Cons:Coffee Maker: The coffee maker itself is not as impressive. Brewing with ground coffee is inconsistent and lacks the rich flavor I was hoping for. It might work better with K-cups, though I haven’t tested those yet.

I purchased this because of constantly having to contact Kuerig about their K Slim malfunction, it was in my opinion more trouble than it was worth. The price was right on the Aikame 4 IN 1 Single Serve Coffee Maker. it is easy to use and I love the fact that I can grind a cup of coffee or use a pod. The frother works great and I use it for mixing clumpy powders into liquids. For instance, if I want to add spices, cocoa, or other supplements to my drinks, I put them into my frother with liquid (water, creamer etc) and it comes out smooth and creamy. I can then add it to my coffee or other drinks. Highly recommend.

Live this coffee makerIt is quier and fast

Have not really used the whole thing yet. Just received it.Disappointed about the plastic. Worried about leaching toxins when it gets hot. Should have researched it better. Wish they had a stainless steel one.
