These probiotics work, and they are reasonably priced compared to other brands. Following abdominal surgery, my husband was on powerful antibiotics that did a fairly efficient job of wiping out his normal flora. As a result he had problems with bloating, gas and loose stools. He took these twice a day, at breakfast and supper to get things stable again, and he now takes one a day to maintain his beneficial flora. I take one a day to prevent gas and maintain digestive health. We've been very happy with them.

Once a year I get a really bad episode of stomach issues for a few days. Involving diarrhea and vomiting. April 2017 I had almost one week of excruciating stomach pain with three days of non stop diarrhea and three days of vomiting. I was so sick, so weak and so tired feeling weak. I am overall a healthy person with no IBS or other health issues. However, with aging I feel my body does easily get sick and weaker stomach. I started researching and came across how gut health controls your overall health. Decided to give this product a try. First week I took two a day and after that I continue with one a day. It's been three months since I started taking this. Not only I feel more energizedI was home with my 4.5 yr old for two days bc he was so sick with fever. He's coughed in my face rubbed his nose on me and miraculously I DIDNT GET SICK!!!!My husband who didn't stay home with him actually got sick few days after my son was sick. Typically the norm is I get sick whenever my son gets sick or my husband gets sick I get sick!!! Again miraculously I DIDNT GET SICK!!!! I truly believe this product works. My mom suffers gas issues so I introduced this product to her and she will start taking it too.

My doctor had me purchase these on top of a prescription of Linzess and also more fiber in my diet. My digestive system has improved a little more since then so I'm happy I did what the doctor told me to do because before this, I had to depend on laxatives too frequently and I didn't feel comfortable at all with that knowing you can get dependent on those things.
