Lost rear channel after very little use.
Purchased and installed in antique vehicle, used three months out of the year. Amp started acting up by randomly cutting in and out then it started making funny noises and now the rear channel has failed. Sounded great while it worked but that wasn’t very long. I would estimate run time to be around 15hours before failure.

Great amp
Works great and very small. Mounted inside a stealth fairing on my 98 Harley road king with two pioneer 6x9s. Plays loud and clear. Can hear it 80mph no problem. Ran it for 3+ hour rides. Never had an issue with over heating or going into protection. Can’t beat it for the money.

Compact size, great price.
I haven't taken this for a road test yet due to winter, but so far the quality is good, the installation was easy. I love the size of this thing, it'll fit anywhere.

Save your money. Don't buy!!
Worst purchase on Amazon. Amp did not work right out of the box!! I was so excited to receive not one but two soundstream amps only to be disappointed by this amp. I was going to go with all soundstream amps and speakers but now I'm definitely going a different route. Will never use soundstream again. Pending refund, we'll see how that goes...

The ST2.1000D packs plenty of power for such a small amplifier! Installation is easy, though I would have liked a longer RCA input harness than the one they give (which is only about 3 inches long). I did notice that for a Class-D amplifier, it does get a tad hot when pushing the volume at higher levels, but ti is working great and there's no distortion or noise.
