I got tangled in my laptop charger cord and snatched it out of my laptop and damaged it bad enough to stop it from charging my laptop. This was at 1AM. I needed a new charger before 2PM, no ifs, ands, or buts. It had to be a Dell OEM charger. I've been in IT asset management for several years and most of those aftermarket chargers are hit or miss with higher end and corporate class models. The charger was at my door at 1230PM. Amazon was a life saver, and at and excellent price.

Good charger, but STIFF cord
The cord that plugs into the wall is REALLY stiff and impossible to neatly coil it up with the inclusive hook and loop cable tie. I'm going to change it for a more flexible version at some point, but other than that, it works great.

Day 1... not working.
Received this about 4AM my time which was perfect as I was able to take it with me and use it immediately to charge, does not work.There are two parts to this the AC adapter and the second cable. The AC adapter seems to be working as it lights up once plugged in, however it does not deliver a charge.It looks to be of decent quality, it has the DELL logo so I figured it was authentic and dependable. But not working from the get go obviously not worth the cost.
