Nice Smokey flavour to enhance your meals
Great salt to have alongside the regular Maldon salt. It has a really nice Smokey taste ideal for adding something extra when seasoning. The tub size was just right for the kitchen cupboard as some sizes are quite large. Way better value than buying it in the supermarket in the small packs. I just decant a bit at a time into a salt pig so it’s always to hand.

Used to buy smaller quantity but difficult to find in store these days so splurged on large tub and one for my neighbour who asked me to let her know if I found in store. She is very happy a am I. This is so good on anything, steak, fish but in particular nice on boiled or poached eggs.

The day I got it I seasoned a couple of sirloins and straight on the griddle … cooked these added egg and chips with another sprinkle over the top …. WOW …. Such a flavour burst from the taste of the chilli’s in the salt just made the whole dinner 100% better . Worth every penny and more …..
