Lovely lip balm
Perfect as a gift for a 9 year old girl

I ordered this expecting a chuppa chubbs stick lip gloss. Came as a tiny ball. Not even see in any pictures! Also paid £3.99 and few days later it's £2.49 🙄 about right! Disappointed as was to fit into daughters advent calender but the ball doesn't fit as long narrow drawers! 🤦♀️Can't send back even unopened and won't let have a refund dispute either. Should have noticed the reviews before ordering. Tho I didn't expect a totally different item!

Bought as a gift so can't really comment on actual product. Delivered in excellent condition, and packaging is intact without any damage.

Arrived awfully
Got this for my 4 year old who's into chapstix and this grape lip balm arrived in a very terrible condition. Looked used. I would appreciate if I could get a replacement. My child had been waiting on this delivery only to be left heartbroken 💔 with a used lip balm.

Arrived empty and damaged
The product arrived with the package opened in the bottom left corner and was completely empty once opened with just what was lip balm and can’t even send it back now as it’s opened

Won’t twist up. Poor quality
Opened packaging but won’t twist up so faulty and as it’s a beauty item cannot get refund. Don’t buy
