The 3M 1300 product is hard to find these days, as it was replaced by 1357
In regards to the 3M Neoprene Contact Adhesives, this oldie was a goodie. The can had a white, hard rubber seal on the lid to prevent the contents from drying out.

works great on vinyl upholstery material.
Used this after using regular contact cement for some upholstery work. This stuff works 10X better than regular contact cement.

Used to reattach rubber matting to the wall in horse trailer works very well. Very sticky

Didnt hold epdm rubber to wood or plastic. Qt cost as much a gallon of dicor that did work!
Bought this to use on sides of 40' DP RV. Entire roof held EPDM down solid with water based adhesive from Dicor. Dicor water based adhesive held solid even in hig heat days of 90-95. Was told needed this to make sure epdm adhesives to the sides where it had plastic/metal solid curved trim for edges . Did rv and finished side , installed trim down each 40' side and then sealed with pro flex on top and bottom edges on trim. After 1-2 days in 80 weather I noticed epdm starting to lift off the sides of RV where it had metal/plastic curved molds along sides. I got ladder on day 2 to check and sure enough it had began allowing the epdm to lift off plastic/metal! This was supposed to be exactly for this and was supposed to hold in high heat. Now had to remove trim on sides clean off adhesive, sealant and butyl tape on underside along the sides on both Left and right of RV. I had left over can of dicor so I tossed that on and tried again. BINGO. It has been holding for months now and even in 95 degree days! Avoid this product as it did not adhere edpm to wood , metal or plastic past 2 days before it separated surfaces.GLAD I didn't use this for the entire roof , that would have really been a nightmare and waste of 800.oo in 40' x 9.5' of 90 mil epdm! Very disappointing to have to have this product fail and have to redo it over with a waste based product thats doing its adhering job for months in hot and cold weather.
