I had a mild back pain, after using the cusion for a few days, the pain got agrevated and I had to be hospitalised. Want to return this product. Since I was in the hospital, could not return the product within the return period. Please help.

Over all product is good but sweat smell is coming out even after 4 days parcel opened.I returned and place new order for the same. Hope this time will not give me used item.
