I purchased my Tineco S12 Plus at Christmas 2019 as a present to myself. I'm a gadget nerd and a clean freak. I have a pretty big home and my home has never been so clean. I love all the extra tools that came with the S12 Plus. I use all of them. I looked at every review I could find and the EXCELLENT HEPA filter was a big deal to me. Every test showed that there is essentially no dust coming out of the filter. The quality build is really good and the trigger lock is something I use every time I vacuum. It's a BIG deal! The auto suction works well and it's nice to be able to adjust the motor speed with the infinite finger slide. It's really nice to have the two batteries although I seldom need the second battery. It's just nice to know I have it (every so often I swap batteries so they both get used). I also like that it comes with two (2) pre-filters. I have a powerful plug in canister vacuum and I use it to quickly clean the pre-filter. I use an EGO electric leaf blower to clean the rest of the dust bin and it's parts. I use NO water. I can clean EVERYTHING and be back vacuuming in 10 minutes. I will mention that the unit I received on Christmas eve malfunctioned after a few days. I contacted Tineco customer service and they were great. They sent me a brand new motor head and a return shipping label so I could send the bad unit back to them. I have been using this replacement for about two months now and it performs perfectly. I use it all the time. I had looked at buying the Dyson V-11 but after using this S12 Plus for about two months now, I am glad I purchased this unit instead of the Dyson. This Tineco is a better value. I don't own a smart phone so I don't have a need to connect my phone to my vacuum. Actually, I think that's a really dumb idea. Everything you need is displayed right on the vacuum head. I currently own nine (9) vacuum cleaners and have owned vacuums for about 50+ years.OK....I've now owned my Tineco for almost 2 years. I love it as much today as when I wrote the above review. I use it several times a week. I use it a lot because it is so easy and convenient to use. My home is really clean all the time. Tineco's customer service is great. Last week one of the small hinge attachments broke on the dust bin. It's plastic. I called Tineco customer service and had a representative on the line in a couple of minutes. I explained my situation. They asked me to send them a photo of the broken hinge. I sent it about an hour later. Within 24 hours, I received a notice that a new dust collector was on it's way to me. I couldn't ask for better service. Thanks Tineco. Sure glad I purchased a Tineco with all the great attachments. Lets see you dust your home, your computer and TV screens with a Dyson!!!!!! 2/04/2023.... I've now had my Tineco for 38 months. I still love it just as much. I just used it a few minutes ago. Thanks Tineco for a really wonderful product!

DOG HAIR!!!!!!!!!!! Really was not going to believe that it worked on dog hair, but it does. I love that it is lightweight and no cord. I have mostly tile with large rugs by sofa and walk off rugs by doors. Each bedroom has rug at foot of bed and a bonus room that is carpeted. 1 battery fully charged I can clean it all and have battery left over. I like changing the head out for rugs and hardfloor, someone else may not but it is so stinking easy just a button and you are good to go. In fact all the attachments are quick and easy. Now I like by closet in which I have it stored mounted to the wall I have all the attachments at my fingertips. So the dog hair was driving me nuts. I had a Dyson Animal ball and hated how heavy it was, so I bought a Shark turbo and hated how it always tipped over the suction well sucked. This little Tineco works. At first I felt like I had a toy and was going to send it back...but then I discovered the powerslide and changed my mind. It is really well made, lots of attachments and has a filter cleaner (again READ the instructions) Game changer. This works so good I bought the floor scrubber and now I no longer have cords and get my house cleaning done so quick! Lovin my extra time, and I can grab it in a pinch, makes vacuuming the car a breeze. Did I mention it picks up dog hair. Have an XXL dog short hair but lots of it. Used to drive me nuts it was stuck in my carpets now nadda nothing all gone. It is so quiet I have to make up excuses that I can't hear hubby.

The media could not be loaded. Update! Their warranty is as worthless as the paper it is written on. These machines are garbage and getting the company to honor their warranty is frustrating. Save yourself the time and trouble. I have been a business owner in retail and service for 30+ years. If I handled a warranty issue the way they do I would be out of business. They deny, deflect and lie.I wasn't looking for a new vacuum, but I ended up with one. I had an older Bissell "dust buster"/floor vacuum, and the wheels were getting worn. I couldn't find new wheels for it, so I started looking at options. This came up and was not what I was thinking, especially budget-wise. When I saw the self-cleaning feature, I was intrigued. I have that feature on my Roomba, and I LOVE it! So I fought with my inner cheapskate and bought it. Assembly was easy, the vacuum itself is lightweight and it has an option for two different levels of power. It is cordless; I am not a fan of being tethered to a cord. There is a pet grooming feature I haven't investigated yet. The accessories are easily changeable and going. from floor to hand-held is simple. The cleaning base is absolutely the most! I beyond love it! I thought I would have buyers remorse... NOPE!
