This is a good alternative to "chemical" seed oils. I appreciate that the oil is organic and comes in a glass bottle. You can use this oil to fry an egg or sauté onions-it's versatile. It has a light flavor-unlike toasted sesame oil; so for a sesame salad dressing I add sesame tahini. I'm a Keto diet guy so here's my great Keto recipe: mix garlic powder and walnut flour with hemp heart seeds (very nutritious), a bit of kelp powder, a bit of soy sauce or Himalayan black salt, and mix in sesame oil, and black or regular sesame tahini-or both like me. Then bake it for 10 - 15 minutes in a glass bread dish at 400 degrees. This is a healthier breakfast food, snack food, or beer food. The Keto Guru say: Give up the sugary breakfast cereals and granola bars (so many chemical additives). Also, eat a nutritious diet, do intermittent fasting program, exercise regimen, and get supplements like mushroom powders, ginseng, and Chinese astragalus and foti herbs.

Why does the website description say that the product is ORGANIC when there is no USDA logo to be found anywhere?

Light and delicious. Excellent oil for cooking.
