Q: What are the dimensions for a size medium?

They run large. I don't know how to measure clothing to answer this clearly. I wear large shirts and medium tee-shirts are tight fitting now days. I'm 5' 10", 168lbs, slim, wide shoulders, 33" waist (jeez, and I like long walks on the beach?). This Medium fits like a large polo or Dicky's work shirt would on me. If you think you wear an XL, get an L. If you think you wear an L, get an M. Of course this is for ONLY over casual clothing. The sizing would be perfect if wearing over a Carhartt winter coat or something like that.

Q: Are these in women sizes?

No.its a great vest.but the sizing is way off.i returned 2..finally got the small that fits like a medium..i am not satisfied. They do have one with a pink color that's nice
