The lights are AWESOME. My neighbors love them and so do we.

Advertised as 'cuttable' at scissor marking. We cut as directed but lost lights on both sides of cut line. We obviously lost all the lights beyond the cut as planned but lost a good 7-8' of section in front of the cut. Now we need to replace or supplement with an additional fixture. I have written this question and review last week but seemed to have 'disappeared'. i was hoping to return but we obviously already trimmed/cut. Very disappointed in the product. I can fix the existing situation by supplementing with another and trimming/cutting back the 7-8' of dead tape section but nervous about trimming even more in fear that I will increase the length of the non-working tape.

The lights are pretty nice, they look really elegant outdoors, however after two days of installation I found the 100 ft of lights on the ground. The adhesive is extremely poor quality compared with govee lights, that I also have, but decided to purchase these since they are solar and my govee string lights aren't. The hardware is not suitable for vinyl fencing, nor masonry, I had to purchase my own hardware to ensure my lights won't be in the ground again. I have not tried to trim to size as other reviews mention, lights won't work. But overall they are nice lights and provide a very nice atmosphere.

I bought 2 sets of these lights and I did have issues with one of the strands sticking. I had some waterproof double sided tape so I was still able to reattach the sections that were falling down. Other than that I love how much light they add to the pool at night!

I use these to make a cross that I made light up. I taped them all over the front and it glows all night on high. It’s actually so bright. I lowered it to medium I recommend these lights to anyone.

This is the second time I purchased this product. The first purchased item lasted about 6 months before most of the lights on the string stopped lighting. Also, the battery compartment of the handheld remote control won't open. The lights worked fine and looked great for months until they started to degrade. I bought my second product recently, installed it and it looks great but also having trouble with low battery on the remote control and can't open the battery compartment. If the product doesn't last for at least one year, I won't be buying another one.

Lights are great, adhesive is non existent. I was going to return these but ended up buying a roll of 3m two way tape that is the same width as the light strip and installed that on the back of the entire roll, yes it was a pain. Mine also didn’t come with any mounting bracket or hardware but I planned a different mount on the top of my gazebo so not a big deal. Overall they work great but would I recommend based on my experience, probably not.
