This is the best work/travel mug. It doesn’t leak at all. It hold temperature really well. I love it.

Perfect size for a morning cup of coffee. Leak-proof and stays warm. Did not smell, easy to clean.

Long story short: great bottle, easy to clean, keeps coffee warm all day.I am a serial "make a cup of coffee and forget about it" person so this is so nice that I can just drink my coffee throughout the day and not reheat it. Also I commute by walking and one day I decided to pack a cup of coffee in a travel mug but I didn't want hold it since it was freezing out. I put it in my bag and it spilled everywhere I couldn't believe a traveler mug was that bad at traveling. So I went on a pursuit to find a spill proof coffee bottle. I also look at aesthetics when I buy anything and it took 2 days of research to find the right product. So a lot was considered. I actually own a SM water bottle that I love and when I discovered this product I could get something to match my water bottle! It's really cute and does what it says it does. I've thrown it in my bag with success! I'm very happy with my purchase.

I absolutely love almost everything about this product except for one fatal flaw. This was the second one I purchased. Each one lasted less than 2 months. The rubber ring in the lid falls off after about that much time and it is pretty much useless after that. Without the ring it will leak badly if tipped, including if you try to take a drink out of it. It makes me sad because I really haven't found a comparable product when it comes to the amazing heat retention and seal. I ordered the second hoping I just had bad luck with the first one,but nope, the second lasted even less time than the first. If the rubber ring stayed put, this would be an easy 5 star review, but a consistent flaw this bad pretty much negates any positives about the product.

Am current user of a S/M 22 oz 4 year old double walled stainless reusable water bottle that I use daily & love! I am extremely pleased with customer service at this company as I had a problem with the lid of bottle a few months ago-- contacted Customer Service via online portal and they responded quickly & provided a new cap!So, was excited to find they had this stainless double walled travel bottle that fit my travel need of 16 oz, no more than ~ 8" H, so that could fit in my purse!... was a bonus that could use for hot or cold beverages-- so excited !-- all my criteria met.Received the travel cup/bottle just in time for weekend trip. It even had the push button release for lid that I like with my Thermos brand water bottle. Worked well over weekend in purse , not bulky, size fit my hand comfortably.Here is what caused the 4-star review: on flight home, placed bottle in side pocket of personal item bag that I stored under seat of plane. Whereas the Thermos brand bottle has a metal U-shaped lock that can be slid over push mechanism , this bottle does not. I neglected to remember that, it must have bumped something as I slid it under seat...& unbeknownst to me, popped open, causing water leakage into bag. Fortunately there was nothing that was ruined in bag.Overall, still like this bottle & will keep for a lighter use bottle in purse, but will remain aware of this design flaw.

I love this water bottle. I wanted something to throw in my travel bag that was durable, but cute… and not going to break the bank. This checked all the boxes! Extra points for being in my kids school colors! Now that wrestling is over, it’s perfect for the office and gets a ton of compliments… even my kids really like it. So if you do get one, be careful or you might lose it to your kids!!

I love the size of this travel mug and I find the lid easier to clean than other brands. My husband uses a Contigo and there are so many crevices I think it’s hard to properly clean.A lot of reviews complain about the rubber gasket falling out and not being able to get it back in. I also thought I had this issue but after looking more closely I realized that I was trying to shove the gasket too far down and it was actually making it impossible to seal properly. I then tried seating it further up and into the middle and it’s working great again. Closes properly and no leaks. See my photo for how it needs to be put in!
