This hammer is a thing of beauty, so much so you almost don’t want to use it.Great quality and balance as you’d expect from Estwing

Blooming good hammer
This hammer is great. I got the one with the lines in the head they do a smooth version as well but only using it for 1st fix so it don’t matter. Lovely feel and weight for me. I have had few of the Estwing and you can’t go wrong to be honest. This one has a nail magnet on the top to save ya pinkies.

Favorite tool in the bag !
Love this hammer , heavy duty , beautifully made , looks great and feels great to use ! Also doubles up as a small crowbar for quick prying !

Defective handles! Poor quality
Now I know it's a hammer and is gonna be hitting nails and more. However the build quality of the handle is poor. I've had 2 sent out and both had defects. I've kept the last one as it wasn't as bad but for a brand like this I expected much better. I have the Axe with same handle design and that's great. This handle has started turning colour and hasn't been used much at all. Wouldn't go for this handle again online without seeing it before buying.Other than that the hammer is a great hammer, balance is nice and weight and light ideal.

The paint chips and peels easily on it but it does it’s job so I can’t really complain
