I broke the radial head going into my elbow about 2 weeks ago. This brace allows for support on the forearm and the bicep while allowing the elbow to rest comfortable with the padding. It is a bit bulkier than I expected but it makes up for it when the ice pack is added as a ice therapy numbing agent. I think the bulk is forgotten after a couple of times wearing it, also does give a good support and cushion for those accidental bumps at work when others don't pay attention. I froze the ice pack over night and placed it in the brace in the outer of the two positions and on a 40 min commute to work it stayed perfectly cold. It was cold all the way up to my first break at work. If I commute by quadracycling then it stayed cold for the full 90 ride. Takes about 90 minutes in a good freezer to get very cold. I put mine in a chest sub zero freezer and it stays cold for a couple of hours. Excellent product. I do suggest getting a second ice pack for extra use or you can put two pice packs in the brace and all but freeze your arm numb.

This sleeve is comfortable and useful for my son’s overworked elbow when resting.

Bought this for my son to ice his elbow after pitching. We store the pack in a cooler at games and attach to the Velcro neoprene insert when ready for use. Works great and good value.

This device has been the best product, I have lived with elbow pain for over a year, by using this device, I have been able to eliminate the pain and have more use of my arm.

I bought this for treatment of my tennis elbow. It's fits very well around my elbow and the separate hot/cold pack inserts nicely into a sleeve. I leave the pack in the freezer and it gives me a good 20-25 minute treatment. My only complaint is that the Velcro has started to fail after less than one year, which will render the sleeve useless (if I can wrap it). If it had better velcro, I'd give it a 5-star rating.

I LOVE THIS ELBOW WRAP! It's absolutely perfect for my tennis elbow. I have not tried to heat it, only freeze it, but it works like a charm. I can even use it on my wrist which gets sore on the outside from tendonitis. I notice a remarkable decrease in swelling in both areas and stays cold for a long time. Worth every single penny to me.

Just put the insert in the freezer, insert into the pocket on the sleeve and relax.

Comforting when you need it most! My severe tendinitis is able to take a break! The gel pack stays cold enough for me to ice both arms for longer than 20 minutes if needed. I love that you can heat them up as well if you choose. And even take it on the go!
