Brieofood L-Glutamine 2000mg per Serving - 180 Tablets - Double Strength Amino Acids - Supports Muscle Mass

I use a lot of supplements so was surprised to see something I had not seen since back in the days.When I opened these l-Glutamine tablets I was surprised to see they had stuffed cotton wool into the bottle to stop the tablets from rattling around and even breaking.This was common practice back in the days.The tablets themselves are a bit larger than a capsule but very easy to swallow due to their hard smooth surface. They seem harder than say an Aspirin or Paracetamol but can still be broken in half.They are tasteless and have an unusual smell a bit like a mouldy tangerine.Since taking these I have suffered no adverse effects,At time of reviewing these were 8p per tablet which is fairly good value for money.Worth shortlisting.

The tablets are rough compressed powder type, so no coating, and really big! I find them hard to swallow.Otherwise a really good product.

These are good, does cleanse the body

Glutamine is an amino acid which is made by the body, but is also contained in a lot of foods. Supplements can improve survival in seriously ill patients, but there's little evidence of benefits to healthy people.It is an important energy source for cells in the intestine, which is part of the immune system.This seems good quality and you get 90 days supply at the recommended 2 per day.These are tablets, btw, not capsules. Good size supplements in tablet form that are easy to swallow with and has no aftertaste. You get 180 tablets in the bottle, two to be take a day so there is 90 days/ 3 months worth which makes the supplements good value for money. I haven't been taking these for long so cannot comment on the overall effectiveness long term but have had no side effects and am pleased with them so far.

I've only recently started supplementing with Glutamine, so can't really comment on how effective these are yet, but in terms of quality and value i'm quite happy.They're large tablets, but easy to swallow with water and no real taste to them. At 2 per day this is three months worth, so at the current asking price of £13.49 they're pretty reasonable value for money.They come in a decent screw top bottle, and seem to be a pretty decent brand so I'm happy to recommend. Will come back and update my review as/when I notice any benefits!

Misleading

Good size for value and easy to swallow with no noticeable aftertaste. Added these to regular supplements for overall health. No obvious signs of effectiveness yet but will continue to use. Overall happy with this product.
