Good for outdoor or emergency cooking needs
This little oven works great. It takes a while to heat up but once it does it really does a good job. I cooked a little pizza in it and it came out great and in less time than I expected. The heat actually got away from me but that was my fault. I used a couple of old sterno cans that I found in my basement and when the oven reached the desired temp I tried to put them out with the snuffer and cap and they wouldn't go out. Just kept flaming wildly. Tried water and that didn't work either. Finally got them out but had a very smoky room. Scorched the snuffer so that the paint bubbled up on it but it's not badly damaged and will still work fine. So I'd say the quality is very good. Just be sure you use newer cans of fuel. :-)

Great item, be patient.
Works as intended. 35 mins to preheat to 350 degrees. I made a boxed cake and put it into a round Insta cake pan and 2 mini loaf pans. Took 35 mins to cook the round cake and 35 mins to cook the loaf cakes (together). I’ll be getting other pans for this (baking box is approximately 11” long x 7.75” deep for those wondering). I do recommend a pair of heat gloves as oven mitts will be clumsy with this. I used a pair I had from my kick ash basket on my mini egg smoker that worked well. Temp held between 280 and 320 for most of the cook duration (but that was likely due to the fuel, as I used some leftover from heat trays I had at a recent party. Went from 350 degrees to 320 degrees after about 15 mins into the first cook, and held there til about 25 mins left in the second, then gradually decreased to 280 when the loaf pans were done. I Will be getting some of the insta fire brand as it shows a higher burn temp as well as a longer burn time). Overall, I do recommend.

Great for camping or power outages
This is a great product, solidly made, and works well. This would be great for camping or if the power goes out. I’ve read it through several test runs and have been pleased.

InstaFire Ember Oven
The Instafire Oven Is exactly what I need for emergency outages. I fear I will use the oven more than I really will want, but I am so happy I have it.

Tiny this takes very small pans, or you have to bend the sides up on very small pans
TINY it takes very small pants this is a very tiny oven, I have an 8x8 cheap cake pan that I just bought to put in there it almost fits I'm trying to bend the sides and corners in a little bit so it will fit. That's the only negative I see on it. The manufacturers either need to make it just a little bit larger send a couple pans with it or give a link for pan size to fit it. The positive it's really well made a great little backup oven, the canned heat rocks with it it's also easy to start and do it with small wood pieces it works really well and it's well built well made. I hope someday the manufacturer decides to make it a larger version, and works in a small stove top. It is really well made and it heats easy and well. Holds temp, I highly recommend this, as a backup or off grid oven. I would love to see them take it a little further because I do live off grid and have for 9 years. When my oven went out I decided to get this one to give it a try and it works. But it would be fantastic if it could be made just a little bit larger and had a burner top even if it had to be a removable one.

First use and made WONDERFUL BREAD!
I must say I’m very impressed with the ember oven. I’ve only used it once thus far however it met my expectations during that use. I was able just a few lumps of charcoal to bring it up to a baking temperature of 350° and do so within approximately 15 minutes. I was able to maintain that temperature with a very little oversight and produce a loaf of wheat bread that far exceeded my expectations. As soon as the bread came out, I put in a Fillet of salmon and I must say that came out wonderful as well.
