After I've had it for a minute, I like it less and less
I like the health tracking, but so far the watch says something completely different than the app for sleep tracking. For whatever reason the app and watch will not sync sleep results. And you have to pay $20 a month to get this information, or it's just a watch. I specifically looked for a watch you didn't need to pay for a subscription to get sleep results. So I feel like I was really misinformed here.Edit: I've had this watch past the trial period, and it's not worth the money. You have to have the app installed on your phone for the watch to update the date, but unless you're paying for the subscription, it doesn't even update the weather on the watch. Nothing in the app works past the trial period. Just spend the extra money to get a good watch with better reviews. I would give zero stars if I could.

Easy to use good price
I originally bought one for my son. I broke my Apple Watch and tried his out. I bought my own. It's perfect for what I use it for. It counts my steps and tracks my fitness. Seems way better than paying Apple $500. I would buy it again.

Hasnt worked corretly from Day 1 and customer support from KoreHealth is nonexistent
I previously had the Kore Trak because all I wanted/needed was a pedometer & calorie tracker. My device failed so I purchased this device (Elite 2.0) because the Kore Trak is no longer available and there have been nothing but problems since I received it--calories burned have never been displayed nor have the correct miles trekked in a day ever been accurate. Please also know, you have to pay to use the app.I've tried to contact Kore Health and suport is non-existent.

Talked the talk but didn't walk the walk
At last I thought I had found a replacement for a Fitbit with all the features, but as it turns out it they talked the talk but didn't walk the walk. The first problem was a mystery membership for basically $20/month; I contacted the vendor for more information but they were puzzled as well. That being said I attempted to contact the manufacturer but apparently this is a call in service where they will respond via email. A couple of days after calling customer disservice, I was told they were unable to find my order number (from them) and were unwilling to address my issues The documentation is simplistic and a poor guide to the product; it will tell you the very basics but your on your own from there. From day one the tracker did not track distance nor calories and there was no adequate documentation to explain the process. On day 19 the screen goes dark and is unresponsive to touch. Again there is no meaningful documentation to resolve the issue. The device does not auto sense activity, and does not account for Elliptical, Treadmill, or stationary bike ... only Gym. It was very promising but without communication …. it's not for me

Not good at stand-alone and the app subscription is a major hidden expense
I'm new to fitness trackers but have been on a mission to get more steps, monitor my sleep quality, and shed some weight. I've relied on my phone as a basic step meter, but this watch seemed like it might be easier to wear. I wasn't quite happy enough to give up my analog watch to wear this Kore 2.0 continuously though. I did wear it for some walking and found it to be in a reasonable agreement on step counts with my phone, but the watch band clasp required threading one end through a narrow loop and then pushing a pin through a grommet against your own wrist to clasp the strap together. It never got easy to do and often took a few attempts to get secured. For something that warns it's only water resistant, I'm really not sure if Kore is supposed to be compatible with showering and so I kept putting it on for exercise and sleeping but otherwise removing it.I did download the KoreHealth app that requires you to create an account with an email. It was then that I learned the watch came with 0.2.6.3 firmware and the app reported the latest version was 0.2.5.3. Very odd. You also learn that your watch includes a 30 day trial of "all features" but no real delineation of what the features are when the trial ends. They push hard for that $19.99 a month plan and it gets even more persistent when that trial is over and the app is reduced to a mode with less visible graphing/tracking and only body temperature, heart rate, blood oxygen, heart rate variability, and stress readings. The home panel of the app ends up just being a solid notification that your trial has expired instead of the infographic panel pictured in the ad. Readings taken on the watch at that moment can be viewed, but no historical data review seems possible on the watch. The tracker pairs with your phone via bluetooth, but I found that my android/pixel phone considered the tracker as a keyboard input in a way where if I left them paired, my phone would not bring up the keyboard panel when I needed to type something. I was able to pair things to send data and then disconnect the Kore tracker from my phone (the bt ID began with K and a bunch of numbers, apparently it's the serial number). I decided to focus on running the tracker as a sleep tracker at this point. However, once the trail was over I discovered I couldn't get my sleep readings in the app and basically could only review on the watch the morning after. When daylight savings time came about I learned that the watch didn't adjust automatically for the time change, there was no way to set the time, and I instead needed to connect it to the KoreHealth app to have the time get set. Now that my trial is over, I can't find anywhere to set an alarm too. I forgot to investigate that function, but as the timer function only does a single vibration of the watch and doesn't beep, I suspect there is no beeper in the watch. When just used in watch mode, functions are accessed by swiping on the display and tapping on icons, or tapping on the "back arrow" area of the watch face. That works fairly well.Ultimately, I can't recommend this because so much functionality requires a steep subscription fee that's not well disclosed on the item page. The subscription fee being asked for by KoreHealth is double what the more popular fitness tracker asks for too. I waited until my trial had expired to write this review out of confusion about what features were tied into the subscription vs not. The way it takes over keyboard functionality of my phone made me want to operate without keeping the two connected, but then I found essential functions like adjusting the time twice a year still require that.Overall, I would suggest not buying this tracker if you intend to use it for anything more than a pedometer function. Too much is walled into an overly-expensive subscription for the app, one that makes this device more costly than a mid-range Fitbit after 6 months of paying for a subscription. Lack of a speaker, ability to set time directly, or keep it paired with my phone are major issues with even trying to use it as a stand-alone tracker on your wrist long-term.FWIW, searching for Kore 2.0 Elite brings up alternate amazon listings with over 1,000 reviews with similar feedback.

Have to have a 19.99 monthly subscription, WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
There is nothing on here stating that you have to purchase a membership just to use this thing. I purchased this in March and have just now tried to start using it. First off the QR code would not scan so I had to download the app from the app store. First thing it wants is a credit card for a recurring monthly payment for 19.99 a month. If i had know this I would have never ordered it to begin with. Now I am stuck with a watch I cannot use because of course the return window is closed. AMAZON you need to add to the description that you have to have a paid membership to an app to use this piece of junk.
