Sleek Looking. Does the Job.
One of the connection tabs on my Fitbit Charge 4 broke off after only two years, leaving me with a still fully functioning "pebble" but which wa unusable due to the unreplaceable band. Judging from feedback across the web, this is a widely experienced defect in the case design of the Charge 4. Fitbit refused to offer any kind of discount to replace my tracker - plus they rely largely on automated responses which have nothing to do with the questions one has asked. (Such irrelevant, mechanised responses are frustrating, time-consuming to deal with, and insulting to customers.Rather than throw money at another Fitbit, I followed the advice of other similarly frustrated and cornered customers, and looked for a substitute band which would encase the "pebble" alone. This silicone band is working perfectly! In fact, the Fitbit gives far more consistent and accurate readings with the substitute band than it did with the original OEM band. The substitute is a little tricky initially as you have to work the pebble into the band (no need to remove the old connectors), and the closing system on the band is a bit unusual. But, one gets used to it. And, it works very well. Moreover, it will fit almost any wrist, and is quite stylish and sleek for either a man or a woman.I would rebuy this item.

Saved my Fitbit Charge 4 from the trash!
I wear my Fitbit Charge 4 religiously and do not baby it. It has lasted me for years until one day the tab that holds the bands on broke off. Glueing it would not work. Found this band and read the reviews so I figured I’d try it out. The Fitbit is held in the band and allows me to keep using it. Strap is well made and works great. I am even considering getting one in another color.

Massive Improvement - Saves Buying A New Fitbit!
So I literally just opened and put this on, but I had to review it. As anyone who is here probably knows, Fitbits have an issue with connectors snapping off, making it impossible to attach to the usual bands. That’s where something like this comes in to save the day and your wallet. This is the position I found myself in quite a while ago now, and I purchased another of this type of band. It was far from perfect, but it worked. I saw this and saw the opportunity for an upgrade, and boy was I right! The other product was clunky and bulky, ofter getting caught in sleeves or hitting stuff while living day to day life. The area around the screen was also raised, often getting stuff stuck in a line around the edge (gross) and making it difficult to scroll across due to narrowing the accessibility of the screen. In an instant, this band has solved both those issues. No bulk, nice and smooth, full access to the touch screen. I’m already in love!Cons: You have to remove to charge. This was true with the old one as well. It is also a little more difficult to get in and out and on and off than the other one was, BUT it’s a lot more secure once on and no having the little slides that hold the band down moving around constantly needing to be fixed.I can’t yet speak to durability, obviously, and I don’t know how annoying getting it in and out or off and on is going to be, but my current opinion is that it will be a minute or so of extra work every week or so compared to regular aggravation constantly, which is a good trade off. I literally just bought a back up.

Way better than expected
It would really be nice if the black didn't take 2 to 3 weeks to get and that's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Having said that I accidentally got the navy blue for my Fitbit charge 4 and it actually works, feels and looks far better than I expected. The touch screen becomes more sensitive once fastened on your wrist, more so than with the factory band. When you first try to latch it on the notch, it seems like you need to make it really tight but turns out it's better to make it feel a bit too loose and then once you put the excess end through it tightens up to a perfect snug feeling. All functions work perfectly and now the touch screen only requires a very light touch unlike before. The manual button even though you can't see it is easy to push If you want to use the screen that way. The most difficult part is installing the watch into the band however it's not hard at all If you install it from the bottom up and not through the top of the band. Definitely recommend it if your Fitbit charge 4 band watch connection breaks instead of throwing the watch out or buying another one!

Does the job!
I’ve lost my first Fitbit when strap mechanism failed. On my second I’ve been through a number of new straps, and the mechanism on the Fitbit itself continued to fail. This is solution. It is perfect. I bought this one and another that is similar. This one is better of two. You can charge it without removing. Looks good enough. Maybe someone will figure out a design using leather! But this does the job. Just like all of the plastic ones, it holds sweat. Someone invent a leather one like this!

It works as expected
I like the band, and it works as expected. It's a life saver considering the FitBit itself broke and this is the only way you can use the device anymore. However, the material is a little too plasticky. It gets sticky feeling and makes my skin sweat and I have to move it to my other wrist throughout the day. And the color I chose *(the pale aky blue) is very pretty at first, however, it turned dingy very quickly and no matter how often I wash it the dingyness doesn't go away. I think choosing a darker color is best to eliminate that.
