Was a bit sceptical about taking these but for a while now I’ve been waking in the early hours and struggling to get back off to sleep so knew I needed something to break this cycle.Wow- is all I can say. Sadly not the product I expected! I was disappointed as they too big for me! They may well e good sleep aids but not for me!
