I think I saved my chimney with this by patching many cracks right before this winter. It works really well, color is also great. Love it, and I'll be ordering more.

This is the worst product for cement repairs and cracks. I ran out of mortar bought this because of the "easy" instructions. This stuff is more like caulking that sticks to everything and won't come off where as mortar will wipe clean with a wet sponge. It does NOT clean up with soap and water . You will have to wait for it to dry to get it off your hands .The biggest problem I had with this junk is it ruined the job I was working on because it sticks to EVERYTHING !!! I want to thank MEECO for messing up a simple fix that was the step in front of my house . It just looks terrible . Just go and get a bag of mortar

I've used six tubes of the Meeco's Red Devil 125 exterior mortar patch and I've come to really like it. I'm using it to caulk or fill in cracks in a faux river rock decorative wall that have opened up after half a dozen years in a mile high mountain climate. Couple of tips to pass on. Buy lots of tubes. Each time I underestimated what I needed and had to stop only to start again much later after getting more tubes. Wear disposable thin gloves. I use inexpensive latex free gloves and change to a new pair as often as they get too gunky. Put a bowl of warm/hot water nearby. Once I run the "bead" in one area with my caulking gun I dip my finger into the warm water and gently smooth it out. Also, keep paper towels around to wipe the tip off as the caulk will still ooze out of the tip even after you stopped pulling the trigger.**************I wrote my original review (above) in 2015 after a very satisfactory experience using multiple tubes.It's November 2020 and I need to revise it after doing another outdoor caulk repair. Doing the same job it has become apparent to me the formula has changed. There is no sand like texture. The material now reminds me of interior tub caulk, smooth and sticky. It was a disaster attempting to smooth the bead. It was so sticky it only created sharp unattractive peaks. I can't recommend this product anymore.

I think this is a good quality product that will be durable. However, it does not come close to matching (in color or texture) mortar in my brick wall, so useless for the repair I bought it for.

It didn’t hold the camera that we wanted to mount on the wood. Just wasted our money .

Worked great and turned color as expected. Very impressed!

Worked great on my outdoor chiminea. Had major cracks in it from moving it and this item filled in the cracks. Had a few fires in it and it's been holding up well. I just wish I could find this stuff in Home Depot or another store.

There are parts of my repair that are spongy and not solid.
