Dead-Perfect Replacement Kerf Weather Stripping!
This Kerf weather stripping is an absolutely perfect replacement for my original French-door threshold seal. It appears to be the exact same "stuff", snaps, snuggly, right into the original 1/8" kerf, and, because it's grey (unlike the original "standard", generic black), it now matches, perfectly, my grey ceramic wood-grain floor tile. Best yet, it got here in just 2 days, it's super easy to cut with kitchen scissors, extra-easy to install, and, the price was wonderful! Great Stuff!

Works well. Great replacement for old weatherstripping
I had several doors needing new weatherstripping. The 40 ft roll was able to complete 3 doors so it was a generous amount. It is thick but pliable and creates a good seal. It’s only been several months so far but it seems to be holding up well. The installation was straight forward and easy to complete (all 3 doors were completed with 15 minutes). This is a cheap but effective step in improving your indoor air quality by reducing drafts, sealing gaps that bugs may use and reducing noise.

Perfect Solution for Sealing Large Gaps!
I needed a reliable weather stripping to seal some gaps around my doors, and this Kerf Weather Stripping worked perfectly. The 40-foot length was more than enough to cover multiple doors, and the white color blends in seamlessly with the frame.Installation was incredibly easy it snaps right into the kerf slot without any adhesive or extra tools needed. The material feels durable yet flexible, creating a tight seal that effectively blocks drafts, dust, and even noise. After installing it, I noticed an immediate difference in temperature control and energy efficiency. If you have large gaps around your doors and need a quick, effective fix, this weather stripping is a great choice!

Just what I need it for going into Winter
It's a decent product.Easy to install and sealed the door from outside air.If anyone is going to replace the door weather stripping I suggest do it when the weather is warm so the door would close easier.

Easy fix!
This was very easy to use and very effective! There was a gap on our front door and this was right amount of thickness to seal it. Prevent a lot of bugs and wind from entering the house. There’s a lot of material left over as well to use in other areas of the house

What an easy, satisfying project!
I'm so happy that I took this project on, it was incredibly easy. I wasn't familiar with the Kerf type installation, so looked at a youtube video for about a minute before I realized there's nothing to it. First step is removing the old, and it takes a little bit of patience to get the end of the old stuff initially out of the groove, but using a small flat tool and some needle nosed plyers, it was pretty intuitive how to get it pried out of there. Once started, it's just a matter of pulling the old stuff free, measuring the new (I used the old as a template, but left it a tiny bit long, just in case, then snipped off the excess at the end). To install, it's truly as simple as pushing the new seal into place by sliding the.tab into the slot. Press firmly, done. I only had one spot where the new seal didn't want to slide in easily, but I just removed it, slid my putty knife along the door groove in that spot to make sure nothing was blocking it. It didn't even seem like anything had been removed, but on the second try the seal slipped right in to the slot as it's supposed to. I did the front and back doors in less than 20 minutes.. The product does look bent and a little crinkly when you first take it out of the package, but it smooths right out and looks normal as soon as you install it. As for being too big or small -- it's neither. It matched what I took out exactly, so it was just right for the job when installed. The doors look great now, and it's probably the easiest home maintenance project I've ever taken on.

Easy to install but flattens too easily
I have a 30 year old door with 20 year old weather stripping. Although the old weather stripping still looked ok, I figured it could be time to get new ones. These fit into the door channels just fine but the padding is much thinner than the old ones. Also after a few days, the padding was compressed quite a bit to where there was too much give on the closed door when pushed. The push test is something anyone can use to see just how tight the door is to the frame. Closed the door, then push against the door near the door frame. If it bounces a bit, or a lot, then a thicker stripping is needed to increase the weather proofing. Luckily I kept the old ones to put back in. Double check that the gap in your door isn’t much and these should work. Also double check the channel to make sure these will fit.
