The media could not be loaded. This motor and light kit is great! The instruction are easy to follow. (There will be leftover parts). The original light kit sent did not work so I emailed the vendor and they sent another one right away. Excellent service! I enjoyed the build and the result.

Had already built my Land Rover so was hesitant about getting this kit at first. E-mailed company on best approach, and not only did they send me link to YouTube file, they kept checking in on how I was doing and if I had any questions. The process was easier than I thought with their detailed and easy to follow instructions. They responded super fast with any questions I had too. Just great customer support. Was like having someone there with you if you had an issue. The lighting kit is also one of the most straightforward/easy ones I've seen. Overall, just really impressed not only with the product itself (motors and lights worked as advertised), but the customer service provided was well beyond what I would have expected. Would definitely buy from them again!

Very fun build especially building the differential gear. Manual is easy to follow but you need to pay attention to the photos as some steps are quite confusing.However, the battery is simply put on top of the rack and the cables are simply going around the back( can be seen) which is not very aesthetically pleasing. I had to make some small adjustment so that the battery is in the passenger seat and the cables are going through the bottom to the seats to reach the battery.Also, just when you finished the build, there are several more pages on an improved design of the gear, which is quite essential as the gear became loose after a minute of play. Would hope that improved gear design could be shown earlier so that i don’t need to take out so many pieces and rebuild the gear.Otherwise, fun and easy build. Lots of extra parts

I received the item as described. All parts were boxed. There were no parts missing. The problem was the "pdf instructions" were NOT enclosed with the kit as I had hoped. In order to get the instructions you had to scan a QR code that was supposed to open to open the pdf file in One Drive. there was a report that the file does not exist or is missing. I am returning the item for this reason -----

I don't often write reviews, let alone give anything 5 stars, but I have to in this case. First off, the kit is well made and the pieces fit very well with the lego parts. I don't see any issues with the build. When I received the kit, I tried to download the instructions, but I kept receiving a message that Google Drive couldn't scan the file for viruses and it wouldn't let me download the file. I contacted the seller, who responded, verified the link and sent me an alternative download link, all within the space of a couple of hours! This kind of service seems to be more and more rare these days. If there is one thing I would make better it would be to include the alternate download link in the documentation included. But that won't detract from my rating. Kudos!

The seller very quickly sent us another motor when the first one didn’t work. We were really thankful and impressed with that. The replacement motor seems to work great

We bought this kit to go with the Lambo lego set. However, there was something wrong with the battery. We got in touch with the seller, who immediately got on a video call with me to troubleshoot and determined that it was indeed a problem with the battery. They sent me a replacement which worked like a charm. We built the set and it now runs with the motor and remote control! Thanks!

Got this for the Ecto -1 lego set. Yes I made sure the model # for the set matched. I’m giving two stars because once you can actually access the instructions they are well designed and very clear. I followed them to the letter, but the gears only work when the car goes in reverse. If you try to move it forward it makes a horrible noise, barely moved (slowly) and ended up stripping one of the larger gears. Tried adjusting the weird piece of wire that goes around the gear shaft (because there is no LEGO piece to make up for the tiny space between two of the yellow place holders on the gear shaft) and turning the gear around so the opposite side which didn’t get stripped from the first driving attempt was in now in contact with the other major gear, but that made no difference. Same awful sound when going forward, and eventually it just stopped working for either direction at all. Super frustrated and disappointed after putting so much work into what was a x-mas gift and my kids only chance at ever having a remote control Ecto-1 since they don’t make them.The directions say something about emailing the seller through Amazon? Never done that before, and tried to put out some kind of feedback before leaving this review. It may be this review has them reaching out for a refund, but I can’t do a straight return without completely braking apart this Ecto. A mess.So maybe spend the extra $$ on a fancier (better?) kit from another source if possible.
