Q: Why are these so expensive? They are anywhere between $2.50 and 3.69 at the grocery store! Ridiculous

I agree! I can purchase a 32oz bottle of Trilogy at my health food store for $9.99 and just because it has to be shipped cold is no excuse for charging $100!!!

Q: Is this bottled in glass? And how much sugar is in it?

The bottle is glass and there’s actually 8 grams of sugars in the cosmic cranberry. I’m drinking a bottle of it as we speak. It’s pretty tasty!

Q: Why can’t this be shipped to my home?

This product SHOULD BE SHIPPED so it arrives somewhat cold and this time of year is to warm for the sellers that don't want to make the extra effort to use styrofoam packing and dry ice. Keep trying as the weather gets cooler. Kombucha should ALWAYS be cold or at least cool

Q: The bottle has a "Do not Shake" so do you drink the floating stuff at the bottom also? Do you just pour it out?

You do not shake it because it would be like shaking a coke right before opening. It’s effervescent (carbonated) like a soda. Yes you drink the mother at the bottom. After opening take a few sips then put cap back on and turn upside down a few times to mix it up.
