Driver San Francisco: PlayStation 3 Essentials (PS3)

Accidentally remembered playing it many years ago. This game doesn't deserve to be removed from all digital stores and thus making it tricky to purchase. Know I can finally finish story mode.

I overlooked this game when it first came out, mainly due to mixed reviews. When i saw it for a tenner I thought I would give it a go and glad I did!Ok the story is a bit strange to say the least (not sold on the whole shift thing but it is useful to get from one place to another quickly) but you can ignore it to an extent and focus on the driving which is where this game is at it's best.Loads of licenced cars (a rare thing these days!) tons of modes and challenges with lots of variety, great handling and physics, plus top notch graphics makes this a very fun and playable game.For a tenner you can't go wrong!

I was very dubious about picking this one up. I've waited until 2015 and wish I had discovered it sooner! The game is rewarding and very addictive. If you love a decent race with plenty of variety and the option to cruise around and waste some time then get this game!

My initial experiences of this game were so bad that it put me off playing any further. Upon starting it up, I was pestered for an online code; as I had no intention of playing anything other than the singleplayer, and my copy was second-hand in any case, I said I didn't have one. Then I said I didn't want to buy one. I got stuck in a loop for a while with it laboriously loading up some awful uPlay interface before it finally conceded to letting me reach the main menu. At this point it then requested my Facebook (which I don't even have) and Twitter credentials, presumably so it could automatically post updates that would interest literally no-one.By then I was already pretty exasperated, and I'd not even been able to start the game. When I did so, throughout the intro and tutorial section the camera lingered lovingly on in-game advertising, often for longer than it did on the actual game events. I didn't get much further than that, because I was sick of having marketing shoved in my face rather than being able to focus on the game. Maybe it gets better later, but I don't really care -- when I've bought something, I don't expect the thing I've bought to immediately ask me to promote it, and then try and sell me other things.

The game was ok but thank you none the less

I purchased driver san Francisco last year & it worked well but once the data set up loads into the ps3. You would think the game would start playing but it didn't the disc had no scratches or marks on it.

Its a good game lots of fun just messing around and playing properly in story. Not many online players as there probably was before so it is usually quite hard to find games or rank up. Also delivery was very fast, came on first day of expected delivery in perfect condition.

Xmas gift for my bro kid he could of picked any 3 games he wanted and this was one so must be the best and loved how they was posted in letter box thanks
