We have been using this supplement for a few years now, but you still need to eat fresh fruit & veggies too! It's not a replacement for the real stuff but adds to it for the vitamins & minerals that are in real fruit & veggies. The price can't be beat either, especially when compared to the stuff that's being sold on the T.V.

The capsules are much smaller than Country Farms product. Serving says 3 capsules. 2month supply in the bottle. Smells like veggies!I have used various veggie supplements for nearly a year now. I have used N1N, Country Farms, and now am trying this product. The price was very good for veggie product. I think, at least for now, I can highly recommend Country Farms fruits and veggies. Very good product in my opinion. I'm sure this will be also.The thing to keep in mind when purchasing these items, is that they are not a magic bullet for poor diet or lack of exercise. It is a supplement. You probably will notice some benefits taking a supplement, and I do believe it helps with energy levels and some food cravings especially sugar in my case. But again, it is a supplement. Not a cure for bad diet.I run and lift some weights 3 to 5 hours a week.I swim a few hours a week.I get as much rest as possible.I spend time in the bible.I don't drink a lot of pop, maybe 1 or 2 a week.Limit meals to perhaps 300 to 500 calories at a time.Drink plenty of water.Put the phone down and play with the kids.Walk the dog.Change 1 thing about your life that you can sustain. And then make another after the first change.Maybe then add a supplement.Seek Jesus, he truly is the greatest answer, and the greatest savior and friend. He can help you with everything. I was spending $75/mo for Balance of Nature for many years and while it is a very good product, it is way overpriced. Why? Because of all the advertising they do on TV and that is factored into the price s. I did a search for products similar to Balance of Nature and there are many, but I ended up trialing this product, which at $18 gives you a 2 month supply, so essentially you are paying about $9/mo. I have noticed no side effects and my energy levels are the same as they were with Balance of Nature so its a win win for me. Another thing I like is just having have to take 3 capsules instead of 6. Bottom line, $9/mo better than $75/mo.

Couldn’t afford Balance of Nature so I tried these. I take one pill with each meal. Feeling much better!

Smells like alfalfa hay pills. Good laxative though.

I’ve been talking them for over a year because I know that I don’t eat enough vegetables and fruits. My lab work actually improved over the year. Diet plays a large part in overall health.
