Good flavor, no after taste.
The bag I got got was clumped up; may have been stored in a damp storage facility, but I just massaged the bag to break up the clumps. I really like the flavor for baking, however in my coffee it left some sediment at the bottom of my cup; I guess to be expected, it is ground dates. I liked it so much, I just ordered another bag.

Delicious, and helpful
This date powder sweetens my morning hot porridge, and works in other ways as well.

I LOVE IT!
First time buyer, & I love it. It does not sky rocket my blood sugar levels and I love the light sweet taste. I only use is to make my matcha green tea drink and it's perfect. It's a very fine ground powder, but it will not totally dissolve in liquid, so don't expect that. however I like the fact that it adds thickness and a slight texture to my drink. I would recommend!

Ground dates, good luck finding a use for this!
I haven't found a good way to use this and cannot find recipes for it. It doesn't work as sugar for my tea, it's ground dates so therefore doesn't dissolve. I made cookies and this was so dry it needed 2x more liquid so I tried to adjust the recipe but the cookies came out like bricks.

good on oatmeal
I didn't have any immediate use for this, but then I put it on my oatmeal and it was the perfect use for it because it tasted better than honey on oatmeal, and it was healthier than sugar. All you need is a very light. Sprinkling over on the top of the oatmeal and it makes quite a difference without tasting sickly sweet. I find it to be the perfect sweetener in this instance. Maybe I'll find other uses for it, but I haven't looked for them yet. I'm wondering how people have fared with using it in baking
