If you recently had knee replacement surgery or are having this procedure in the near future, order one or more of these wedges and you will be thrilled you did.By happenstance, I saw a wedge like this at my first physical therapy appointment and asked if I could try it out putting my leg up on it. They said yes and I ordered this one as soon as I got home. Hospitals, doctors, therapists all tell you repeatedly to "keep the leg elevated" as much as possible. I tried a variety of bed and couch pillows and they were not comfortable, moving all around except where I wanted them to stay. This wedge is lightweight, easy to carry from one place to the next, the correct elevation for my leg, stays in place with non-skid silicone particles on the back of the wedge. So, Grandma always describes this or that item as being "life changing" and I always just smile, thinking "how can a product be life changing?"Well, this wedge pillow is ACTUALLY life changing! It is the MOST comfortable I have ever been sleeping, and I am so thankful!1. I have had problems waking up at night about an hour after falling asleep, and now that does not happen anymore.2. I have been tired throughout the day, ostensibly because of restricted airways, and now that does not happen anymore, I have tons more energy!3. I have used nasal strips to improve my breathing and now I don't need those anymore! At 8 bucks a box, this pillow will more than pay for itself in a few months!4. I have had back and neck stiffness and soreness for years, and have tried many pillows, none that have really helped. Enter the wedge pillow! My neck and back feel great now, very loose, no more headaches! Very good and worth the money. You can lay down and watch TV or sat up and read a book. It's also nice to use if you need to elevate your foot or legs.

I almost went with a one star, but other people might like the dimensions. And I knew the dimensions when I ordered it. My positive thing to say was that the inner foam was firm.It was too tall, too steep, and too wide. These dimensions worked very poorly for me. It was a little on the slippery side. I spent the night sliding off and having to push back up.The pillowcase pilled, meaning it formed little balls on the surface, and also wound up with a snagged appearance. It might have worked well for a big, tall guy, but not for a medium build woman.

Before this product I struggled to find a comfortable pillow that I could keep my leg elevated with for long periods of time with, as I am recovering from a torn acl. This pillow does the trick perfectly and I highly recommend to anyone who suffers a torn acl to get this pillow!!

Item was vacuum sealed so you got to give it sometime to puff back up to its original size. Both useful for lifting up the back or propping up my feet without using a half dozen pillows that go flat way to fast. No extra grips or multiple stacking pieces to fiddle with but for laying in bed, the couch,or on a lounge chair it works awesome. I was very happy it's plenty wide for spreading both you legs some and the price was satisfactory.
